All of our ebooks are digital products that are delivered immediately and automatically at the time of purchase.

• No Returns or Refunds: As an instant download product, it is not possible to return it. Therefore, all ebook sales are final.

Apparel and Personalized Products

Every piece of clothing is made to order, which means it is a custom product created specifically for you. This helps us be more sustainable and ensures quality.

• No Returns or Refunds: Since all apparel is personalized at the time of purchase, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. We recommend that you check our size guide carefully before placing your order.
• Defective Products or Shipping Errors: If you receive an item that is damaged or if we have made an error in your order (for example, we sent you the wrong size or design), please contact us at peakpdlacademy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. In these cases, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
